During the beginning of this Covid pandemic I came across a new medium I wanted to try. I really shouldn’t say new medium because I did try clay before, about 4 years ago, but found it hard to use on my hands. Now I know it was mostly because it was very old clay. Who knew!

Now back to programming. One day, as I was checking my emails, I came across one from Curious Mondo about courses for sculpting with polymer clay. After watching the course I’d like to introduce you to Mr. Melon Bear.

Here he is doing what he loves to do almost as much as eating honey. He loves his melon, but he does not care to share his melon. Along came a couple of friendly ladybugs wanting to see what Mr. Melon Bear is eating, so they snuck up on him and frightened him. He almost chocked on a seed, but he didn’t!

Most of the clay that was used on him was some of my scrap clay from previous project, hence why it looks like he might be wearing camouflage.
