Here I am making a blue, black, and white collar shape necklace and wondering if I should scrape it all off and start over again. It’s not even close to being in the finished stage yet. I still have to smooth everything out and blend everything in. What is your take on it? Should I scrape it off? Should I add another colour, because I can always add to it? What do you think?
